The Power of Journaling
I can’t swear by journaling enough! Like meditation, journaling can be an incredible outlet for our innermost feelings, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to come to light. For best results, find a prompt that truly resonates and then resist the urge to edit yourself as you go along. This practice is entirely for you, so allow yourself to bring whatever arises to the surface without judgment. Remember, you can only meet others as far as you’ve met yourself. Acceptance starts with you!
