Enjoy a free guest pass for your first public class with Jules at Life Time Austin Downtown and Townlake YMCA! Please contact Jules prior to arriving to public classes to confirm with respective front desk staff so we can ensure a seamless breath and body experience for all. (Plan to arrive 15 minutes early with photo ID’s ready.)

Traditionally, yoga was shared in smaller settings with more attention to unique body types, biomechanics, modifications, and contraindications. 1:1 or small groups can get additional support and attention that aids long term development and team building.
