Who is Jules Forrister?

Jules has been a devoted practitioner of yoga and holistic plant based living since 2007. Her introduction to mindfulness began with reading Eastern philosophy and expanded into deeper awareness of the mind-body connection as her physical practices blossomed. Jules is humbled by the transformative powers of yoga on and off the mat. Her offerings draw from Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Ayurvedic principles, and modern bio-psycho-social studies. Jules aims to empower students to feel safe and connected to their authentic ground of being.
